1. What kind of products does Zenivra sell?

Zenivra offers a mix of:

  • digital sketch artwork
  • framed posters, stickers, wearables, and other print-on-demand items

Each product is clearly marked as digital or physical on its product page.

2. Are your fitness planners beginner-friendly?

Yes. All Zenivra planners are designed to be simple and easy to use—even if you’re just starting out. There are no complicated systems or strict rules.

3. How do I receive digital products?

After purchase, digital products are delivered instantly via email and are also available in your order details.

If you don’t see the email, please check your spam or promotions folder.

4. Can I re-download my digital purchase?

Yes. You can access your digital downloads again from your order confirmation email or your Shopify account.

5. Do you offer refunds on digital products?

Due to the nature of digital downloads, refunds are generally not available once the file has been delivered.

If you experience a technical issue, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

📦 Print-on-Demand & Physical Products

6. How long does shipping take?

Print-on-demand items are made to order. Production and shipping times may vary depending on the product and destination.

Estimated delivery times are shown on each product page.

7. Can I cancel or change a physical order?

Once production has started, orders cannot be changed or canceled.
If you notice an issue immediately after ordering, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll check what can be done.

8. What if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us with photos within a reasonable time after delivery. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
